Latitude Realty is a full-service real estate brokerage that invests 50% of its profits back into non-profits around the world. In addition, each home buyer or seller chooses from one of 30 partner organizations to direct the funds from their sale. Latitude Realty needed a way to communicate the impact of home sales to clients and partner organizations, and to inspire them to spread the word.
We proposed an 11 x 17” screenprinted artwork that celebrates the power of working together that would beg to be hung up in their clients’ homes. Latitude Realty’s tagline “Life is community, let’s move forward together” was rendered in a custom typeface built from geometric shapes and primary colors. This was laid on top of a playful composition of symbols that signify the different investment areas that the brokerage focuses on: At-Risk Youth, Education, Freedom, Meals, Micro-Loans, Rescued Women, and Water.
Each poster then had a label attached to it that allows for an up-to-the-minute tally of the number of homes sold, how much money has been invested and what that means in terms of impact on each impact area to date since the company’s launch in July 2015.
The end-result is a high-touch document of the impact Latitude Realty along with their clients and partners have on the world around us.
