Job Description

  • Receptionist – Minneapolis Office


    To thrive in this role, you'll need to be a ray of sunshine, love variety, work independently, communicate well and be super organized. We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record in office administration. You may have experience from a different field other than a creative agency, but you will have a proven ability to work under pressure and prioritize. The right candidate will play an integral part in the future expansion of our growing company.


    • Greet guests and set the tone for their positive visit at Latitude
    • Answer any queries via phone, email and general correspondence
    • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of office, through procedures and housekeeping
    • Manage calendars, travel itinerary, scheduling and event coordination
    • Assist with personal administration duties for the executive leadership team
    • Plug into each department when needed by assisting on projects (including but not limited to smart pill creation, sourcing project materials, etc.)
    • Manage the monthly company mailing to clients and vendors
    • Provide arrangements for meetings and presentations
    • Assist Office Manager with process and procedures
    • Assist HR Generalist and Creative Resource Coordinator with hiring processes
    • Manage kitchen including food ordering, dishwasher and cleanup
    • Order all office supplies, equipment and furniture
    • Help with mail delivery and FedEx/UPS shipping
    • Troubleshoot all office administration


    • Have a positive personality every day and in every situation
    • Basic accounting skills with a high degree of accuracy
    • Some sales support experience is desirable, but not mandatory
    • Willingness and ability to learn quickly
    • Comfortable with Google Suite applications
    • Familiar with Macs
    • Experience managing the calendar of a busy office
    • Ability to produce business correspondence, proofread for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy
    • Driven to make a real difference and to have fun along the way
