  • Associate Creative Director

    Description:

    You are a creative champion leading the charge. Your leadership has made you the chosen one. You’ve developed brands from scratch and have also taken them to market. You look at a brand as an experience and are always pushing for it to be more unique, distinct, useful and memorable. Your instincts, experience and intuition guide your thinking—part of what makes you special. You help lead, guide, create, mentor and rally the vision to take a brand to the next level. Your comprehension of strategy and creativity creates a never-ending pool of inspiration for you and your team. Your passion for directing ideas is second to none. You are “intrapreneurial” in this view point—always looking and longing for the best possible outcome for your client, guest and for this agency. You sell the work and keep it sold because the team is counting on you.


    Responsibilities:

    • Actively learn business and marketing strategies
    • Ensure projects are on time and on budget
    • Manage mid and large-sized brands
    • Interact with clients at director level
    • Estimate projects to ensure quality and business success
    • Demonstrate leadership skills consistently
    • Qualify, prioritize and delegate workloads for your team(s)
    • Organically grow relationships with the clients you work on
    • Build trust with clients so they believe we are experts and love our work
    • Design interesting, memorable, unquestionable work
    • Develop desirable, engaging ideas that move business forward
    • Spearhead organic business pitches
    • Help lead strategic and visionary direction of client work
    • Responsible for finding the right opportunities inside an industry or business unit
    • Create and execute award-winning work that achieves clients’ objectives
    • Enthrall clients and coworkers with thought leadership, inspiration and vision on design, branding and marketing
    • Participate in constructive inter-department and agency initiatives
    • Mentor team(s) of young designers and copywriters
    • Work with Creative Director to ensure that creative exceeds agency and clients' expectations
    • Actively manage and hold accountable your team to deliver responsive and responsible work in a positive manner


    Requirements:

    • 8+ years of conceptual graphic design experience
    • Strong creative portfolio
    • Ability to combine design with market-ready strategic ideas
    • Ability to command different visual styles/tones using latest creative software
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Curiosity for new technologies and emerging trends
    • Highly responsible, collaborative and self-motivated
