The Ask

adidas’ recent collab with Pusha T launched in Miami during Art Basel, the world renowned art show and festival.

adidas asked us to ideate, design and produce a full-blown and immersive in-store experience that demonstrated the raw expression of both the EQT shoe and Pusha T himself.

The Solution

Calling on the essentialism of the streets and raw aesthetic of Ari Marcopoulos’ photography, we captured Pusha T in his natural state. Our takeover story launched in the adidas store in Miami during Art Basel, then came to life in fashion retailers worldwide.

We transformed the space from floor to ceiling. From larger-than-life cloth banners, crushable discount code blocks, to disruptive pedestals that featured shoes emerging from rubble, every touchpoint was a raw expression of Pusha T.

The limited run of Pusha’s shoes sold within hours, and Pusha T himself was present. Before leaving the event, he posted a shot of our wheat paste mural to his 1 million+ followers.
